Multicooker firm: PHILIPS

• Wash the meat. Pierce the meat with a knife and place the carrots and whole garlic cloves, cut into long cubes, into the slots. Rub a piece with salt and ground black pepper, paprika and mustard. Pour the oil into the multicooker bowl.
• Wipe the outside of the inner bowl with a dry cloth. Place the bowl in a multicooker.
• Connect the multicooker to the mains - this should be done only after the device is fully prepared for use.
• Press the "MENU" button, select the "BAKE" mode, the default cooking time is 1 hour. Click the START button.
• After 35 minutes, the multicooker will emit 5 beeps, which indicate that it is time to turn the meat. Open the lid, turn the meat over and press "MENU" , then the multicooker will go to the second cooking stage until the end of the program.
• At the end of the program, several beeps will sound and the appliance will go into heating mode. Leave the meat in this setting for 10 minutes to absorb the remaining odors and become rich. Then open the lid and, using oven mitts, carefully remove the inner bowl from the multicooker, put the meat on a dish, cut it into pieces 1-2 cm thick and serve.
Tips
• Before serving, slice the boiled pork so that the carrots are cut across.
• For more juiciness, you can bake in a sleeve or foil, be sure to make punctures in several places. In this case, no water needs to be added.
