3. When the water boils, pour the plums into the bowl, stir, close the lid and cook until the end of the program. After cooking, pour the finished compote into clean jars, sterilize and roll up.

Note:
This is a concentrated compote - sweet and rich in taste, intended for long-term storage. It is advisable to dilute concentrated compotes with drinking water to taste before use.
