Ingredients

  • Apricots - 1000 gr
  • Sugar - 1000 gr
  • Water - 200 ml

1. Wash the apricots, dry, cut in half and remove the pits.
2. Pour granulated sugar into a multicooker pan and add water.
3. Select the mode "JAM" , cooking time - 8 hours 22 minutes and boil the syrup. Cook with the lid open.
4. Place the prepared apricots in the syrup and close the lid.
5. Pour the apricot jam into sterilized jars and sterilize the jam jars for 30 minutes, then seal them.
If the jam does not require long-term storage, pour it into storage containers, cool and seal with lids. Use OURSSON ceramic, glass or plastic containers.
