Marinated mushrooms - recipe
Ingredients
- Mushrooms - 500 gr
- Water - 700 ml
- Salt - 1 tbs
- Bay leaf - 4 pcs
- Vinegar - 80 ml
- Garlic (cloves) - 5 pcs
- Black pepper (peas) - 10 pcs

1. Wash the mushrooms and put in a bowl. Cut large mushrooms in half or into quarters.
2. Add water, add salt and turn on the Cooking / Vegetables setting for 45 minutes.
3. When the water boils, remove the foam. Cook after boiling for 10 minutes with the lid open.
4. Add spices and seasonings, close the lid and cook until the end of the program, stirring occasionally.
5. Pour the mushrooms and marinade into a jar. Wait until the jar is completely cool. Close the jar tightly with a lid and store in the refrigerator.
TIP: Before serving, place the mushrooms in a colander and rinse with cold water. Serve with sour cream and onions, cut into thin half rings.
