Ingredients

  • Plum - 1000 gr
  • Sugar - 1000 gr
  • Water - 200 ml

1. Wash the plums, dry, cut in half and remove the pits.
2. Pour granulated sugar into a multicooker pan and add water.
3. Select the mode "JAM" , cooking time - 8 hours 22 minutes and boil the syrup. Cook with the lid open.
4. Place the prepared plums in the syrup and close the lid.
5. Transfer the plum jam to sterilized jars and sterilize the jam jars for 30 minutes, then seal them tightly.
The harder the plums, the better the halves of the plums will remain intact during cooking.
