Rinse the meat, cut into 2 cm cubes. Grate the carrots on a coarse grater, cut the onion into strips, chop the cabbage finely, cut the potatoes into 0.3x5 cm strips. Put the carrots and onions in a multicooker bowl, add vegetable oil. By pressing the button "Menu" select the program "FRY" . Press the Set / Timer button, use the Hour and Min buttons to set the cooking time to 10 minutes. Press the button "Start / Heat" . Cook until the end of the program, stirring occasionally. Transfer the fried vegetables to a separate container. Put the meat in the multicooker bowl, add water. Close the lid. By pressing the button "Menu" select the program "SOUP" . Press the Set / Timer button, use the Hour and Min buttons to set the cooking time to 1 hour. Press the button "Start / Heat" . 30 minutes before the end of cooking, open the lid, remove the protein foam from the broth, add the fried vegetables, potatoes, cabbage, add salt and spices. Cover with water, stir. Close the lid. Cook until the end of the program.
