- Sorrel - 500 gr
- Cucumbers - 100 gr
- Green onion - 100 gr
- Sour cream - 100 gr
- Boiled egg - 50 gr
- Sugar - 20 gr
- Dill - 20 gr
- Salt
- Pepper

Pour water into the multicooker bowl, add finely chopped sorrel. Install the program "soup" for 15 minutes. Close the lid and cook until the end of the program. Cool the finished base. Finely chop the green onion and cucumber, chop the protein, rub the yolk. Add the prepared ingredients to the base and mix. Season the soup with sugar, salt and pepper. Add sour cream before serving, sprinkle with dill.
