Ingredients
- Beet - 350 gr
- Cabbage - 300 gr
- Carrot - 1 pcs
- White mushrooms - 300 gr
- Prunes - 8 pcs
- Onion - 1 pcs
- Tomatoes - 1 pcs
- Parsley - 1 pcs
- Vegetable oil - 50 gr
- Sugar - 50 gr
- Lemon - 0.5 pcs

Cook the mushrooms by rinsing them thoroughly and chopping coarsely. Set the mode "frying" and fry in hot oil: onions, carrots, mushrooms and parsley root. Add finely chopped beets, lemon juice, 200ml water and sugar. Mix everything thoroughly and fry for 3 minutes. Add water, salt and pepper.
Close the lid of the multicooker and set the mode "high pressure" , set the time for 4 minutes and leave to cook.
Open the lid, after releasing the pressure, add chopped cabbage, peeled and cut into slices tomato, prunes and finely chopped greens.
Close the lid, set the mode "high pressure" and leave to cook for another 3 minutes.
Serve both hot and cold, adding sour cream or mayonnaise if desired.
