  • Garlic - 10 gr
  • Dry white wine - 150 ml
  • Cream 22% - 75 ml
  • Lemon juice - 5 ml
  • Water - 50 ml
  • Salt
  • Spice

Grate the cheese, chop the garlic with a knife. Mix cream, water, starch in a separate container until smooth. Pour wine into the multicooker bowl. Set the MULTI COOK program, temperature 90 ° C, cooking time 12 minutes. Press the Start button. Add the garlic and cheese 7 minutes before the end of cooking, stirring constantly to get a homogeneous mass. While stirring, add lemon juice, salt and spices. Add the cream and starch mixture with constant stirring 3 minutes before the end of cooking. Cook until the end of the program.
