1. Cut the ham and crab sticks into large cubes. Boil the shrimp in lightly salted water and peel them. Cut the white bread into large cubes and dry quickly on all sides in a preheated pan. Grate both types of cheese on a coarse grater.

3. Add cheese to the heated wine in small portions, stirring constantly with a wooden spatula, until the cheese is completely melted and a homogeneous mass is obtained.
