  • Butter - 100 gr
  • Mushroom extract powder - 1 tsp
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Beat the whites, add the yolk, grated cheese, mushroom extract, spices, salt and pepper. Stir everything well and put in the multicooker bowl. Start the Frying program and, with the lid open, stir until a thick, homogeneous mass.
