  • Cream 22% - 75 ml
  • Starch - 10 gr
  • Garlic - 10 gr
  • Lemon - 5 gr
  • Water - 50 ml
  • Sugar
  • Salt
  • Spice

Grate the cheese, chop the garlic with a knife. Squeeze the juice out of the lemon. Mix cream, water, starch and sugar in a separate container until smooth. Pour wine into the bowl of the multicooker, set the “Multipovar” program for 15 minutes, temperature 90 ° C, press the START button. After 5 minutes, add the garlic and cheese, stirring constantly, to get a homogeneous mass. While stirring, add lemon juice, salt and spices. Add the cream and starch mixture with constant stirring 3 minutes before the end of cooking. Cook until the end of the program.
