  • Pork (neck) - 400 gr
  • Carrot - 160 gr
  • Tomato paste - 80 gr
  • Vegetable oil - 40 ml
  • Mustard - 10 gr
  • Salt
  • Spice

Rinse the pork, cut into 2–2.5 cm steaks and beat slightly. Grate the carrots on a coarse grater, mix with tomato paste and mustard. Grate the meat on both sides with salt and spices. Pour vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl, put the meat on the bottom, on it - a mixture of carrots. Close the lid, using the "Menu" button install the program "FRY" , by pressing the "Hour" buttons , "Min" set the cooking time to 10 minutes. Press and hold the "Start" button for a few seconds, cook until the end of the program.
