  • Bulb onions - 120 gr
  • Sweet pepper - 200 gr
  • Oranges - 150 gr
  • Green onion - 100 gr
  • Flour - 100 gr
  • Salt
  • Pepper

1. Wash the liver, cut each in half. Peel and chop the onion. Wash the pepper, remove the core, cut the pulp into half rings. Remove the zest from the orange with a grater. Squeeze juice from the pulp. Wash the green onions, dry and cut diagonally into long pieces.
2. Pour oil into the bowl. Turn on the mode "FRYING" , set the temperature to 160 ° С, salt and pepper the liver, roll in flour and put in a slow cooker together with onions. Fry for 10 minutes.
