Pilaf with pork - recipe
Ingredients
- Pork (neck) - 250 gr
- Rice - 200 gr
- Carrot - 130 gr
- Bulb onions - 90 gr
- Garlic - 10 gr
- Vegetable oil - 20 ml
- Water - 230 ml
- Salt
- Spice

RMC-01
Rinse the rice until clear water. Rinse the meat, cut into 2-2.5 cm cubes. Grate the carrots on a coarse grater, cut the onion into 0.3 cm strips, rinse the garlic, chop with a knife. Put the meat, carrots and onions in a multicooker bowl, add vegetable oil, salt, spices and mix. Put the rice on top of the meat and smooth, put the garlic cloves in it. Fill with water, close the lid. Use the Menu button to select the RICE CEREALS program. Press the Set / Timer button, then press the Hour and Min buttons to set 1 hour. Press the Start / Heat button. Cook until the end of the program. Stir the finished pilaf.
Tip: add curry to the pilaf for a golden color.

Tip:
to make the pilaf golden, add saffron to it.

Rinse the rice until clear water. Rinse the meat and cut into cubes of 2-2.5 cm. Grate the carrots on a coarse grater, chop the onion into thin strips, rinse the garlic (you can not peel it). Put meat, carrots and onions in a multicooker bowl, add vegetable oil, salt, spices and mix. Put the rice on top of the meat and smooth, stick the garlic cloves into the rice, add water. Close the lid. Press the Menu button to select the EXPRESS program, then press the Cooking Time button to set the time to 1 hour. Press the "Start" button , cook until the end of the program. Stir the finished pilaf.
Tip: add curry to the pilaf for a golden color.
