Ingredients

  • Rabbit (carcass) - 1.5 kg
  • Potatoes - 500 gr
  • Onion - 2 pcs
  • Tomatoes - 3 pcs
  • Marjoram pcs
  • Basil pcs
  • Parsley pcs
  • Sour cream pcs
  • Vegetable oil - 2 tbs
  • Salt pcs
  • Pepper pcs

Cut the rabbit into pieces. Finely chop the onion. Pour vegetable oil into the bottom of a saucepan and on the "Fry" program , stirring occasionally, lightly fry the meat and onions until browning. Disable the Frying program . Then add a little water to the multicooker bowl and cook for 1 hour on the Simmer program. Meanwhile, peel and cut into medium cubes the potatoes and the tomatoes into wedges. Add vegetables, seasonings to a slow cooker, salt and pepper, mix everything. Continue cooking on the Simmering program for 3-4 hours.
Tip:
Sprinkle with fresh herbs and sour cream before serving.
