Pilaf with fruit - recipe

- Rice (parboiled) - 200 gr
- Apples - 50 gr
- Dried apricots - 50 gr
- Oranges - 50 gr
- Raisins - 50 gr
- Walnuts - 50 gr
- Prunes - 50 gr
- Honey - 40 gr
- Water - 300 gr

Rinse the rice until clear water. Peel the oranges. Soak dried apricots, raisins and prunes for 5 minutes in boiling water, rinse and put on a sieve, then cut into strips. Dice the apples and oranges into 1x1 cm cubes, chop the nuts with a knife. Put fruits, dried fruits, nuts in an even layer in the multicooker bowl and mix. Put rice on top of the fruit and smooth, add water. Close the lid. Use the Menu button to set the program PLOV. Press the Hour and Min buttons to set 25 minutes. Press the Start button, cook until the end of the program.
