Ingredients

  • Pork - 300 gr
  • Dry mushrooms - 10 gr
  • Champignons - 150 gr
  • Onion - 2 pcs
  • Potatoes - 5 pcs
  • Sour cream - 250 gr
  • Tomato paste - 1 tbs
  • Carrot - 1 pcs
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Peel the potatoes, cut into slices. Chop the onion in half rings. Pour boiling water over the dried mushrooms, then drain and chop finely. Slice the champignons. Cut the pork into small pieces. Put onions, meat, dry mushrooms, potatoes, carrots, champignons on the bottom of the multicooker bowl. Pour everything over with sour cream and tomato paste. Cook in the Stew program for 1 hour. Stir, season with salt, pepper and let the Steam program cook for 30 minutes to allow excess liquid to boil away.
