  • Potatoes - 1 kg
  • Butter - 60 gr
  • Cream - 150 ml
  • Olive oil - 150 ml
  • Salt pcs

Peel and rinse the potatoes. Cut it into quarters and place in a container. Season with coarse salt.
Add water so that it completely covers the potatoes. Cover with a lid. Cook on high pressure for 5 minutes.
Open the cover. Transfer the stock to a separate container. Also make mashed potatoes in a separate container.
Place the puree in the bowl and set to Keep hot . add butter and liquid cream and then olive oil, stirring continuously. Bring to the desired consistency, adding broth if necessary.
