Rinse the rice until clear water. Rinse the meat and cut into 1 cm cubes, onions and carrots - into strips, chop the garlic with a knife. Put meat in an even layer in a multicooker bowl, on it - carrots, onions, sprinkle with salt and spices. Distribute the rice evenly on top, cover with water, sprinkle with garlic and add oil. Close the lid, use the Program selection button to set the PLOV program. Press the Start button, cook until the end of the program. Stir the finished pilaf, close the lid and leave on the KEEP HEAT mode for 30 minutes.
