Ingredients

  • Beef - 500 gr
  • Cauliflower - 100 gr
  • Green beans - 100 gr
  • Pumpkin - 100 gr
  • Carrot - 1 pcs
  • Onion - 1 pcs
  • Vegetable broth - 500 ml
  • Vegetable oil - 1 tbs
  • Parsley pcs
  • Salt pcs

Wash and peel all vegetables well, cut off the ends of the beans. Cut meat, potatoes, pumpkin into cubes, carrots - into circles, onions - half rings. Divide the cauliflower into inflorescences. Place the meat, chopped onions and carrots in a multicooker bowl, add oil and cook on the Stew program for 40 minutes. Then add the potatoes, chopped parsley, pour in the broth, salt and pepper to taste, mix everything and cook on the Stew program for another 30 minutes. Add remaining vegetables (beans and cauliflower) and simmer for another 15 minutes.
