Ingredients

  • Beef - 800 gr
  • Capsicum red pepper - 2 pcs
  • Pork pcs
  • Onion - 2 pcs
  • Garlic - 1 slice
  • Canned tomatoes (without skin) - 200 gr
  • Paprika - 1 tbs
  • Caraway - 1 tsp
  • Sunflower oil - 50 ml
  • Red wine - 120 ml
  • Marjoram - 2 tsp
  • Water - 150 ml
  • Salt pcs
  • Pepper pcs

Goulash Directions

Preparation:
Cut the meat into 3 cm thick cubes.
Using the Browning setting, fry the chopped onion in sunflower oil. Add the meat and grill for 2-3 minutes. Sprinkle with paprika and caraway seeds, then add wine and water.
Add chopped garlic, marjoram, skinless tomatoes and chopped red pepper. Season with salt and pepper. Cover with a lid. Cook on high pressure for 12 minutes.
The meal is served with freshly prepared pasta. For a thicker goulash, add 1 tablespoon flour.
