Pilaf with pork - recipe
Ingredients
- Pork (neck) - 500 gr
- Rice (polished) - 500 gr
- Carrot - 200 gr
- Bulb onions - 200 gr
- Vegetable oil - 70 ml
- Garlic - 15 gr
- Water - 700 ml
- Salt

Rinse the rice until clear water. Rinse the meat and cut into 2 cm cubes, grate the carrots on a coarse grater, chop the onion into thin strips, rinse the garlic (you don't need to peel it). Put the meat, carrots and onions in a multicooker bowl, add vegetable oil, salt, spices and mix. Put rice on top of the meat and smooth it, put garlic cloves in it, pour water over it. Press the "Menu" button, press the "+" and "-" buttons to install the program. Press the button "Menu" , by pressing the buttons "+" and "-" install the program "PLOV" . Press the button "OK" , by pressing the buttons "+" and "-" set the cooking time to 1 hour. Press and hold the "Start / Auto-heating" button for a few seconds. Cook until the end of the program.
Tip: add curry to the pilaf for a golden hue.
