Ingredients

  • Pork (fillet) - 230 gr
  • Beef (fillet) - 230 gr
  • Chicken hearts - 180 gr
  • Hunting sausages - 150 gr
  • Carrot - 230 gr
  • Bulb onions - 150 gr
  • Tomato paste - 120 gr
  • Balsamic vinegar - 40 ml
  • Salt
  • Spice

Rinse the meat, cut into 2.5–3 cm cubes, sausages - into 1.5–2 cm cubes, peel the chicken hearts from vessels, cut the onion and carrots into 1.5–2 cm cubes. Mix all the ingredients in a separate container, add tomato paste, vinegar, salt, spices. Leave to marinate for 20 minutes, then put in a multicooker bowl, close the lid. Set the STEWING program, cooking time 2 hours. Press the "Start" button , cook until the end of the program.
