  • Carrot - 1 pcs

Peel the head of cabbage and cut out the stalk, boil it whole in salted water until the leaves are soft. Remove the head of cabbage from the water and disassemble the cabbage into separate leaves. Cut off the thickened part of the leaves. To prepare the filling, mix the minced meat with boiled crumbly rice, finely chopped fried onions, salt, pepper and carrots grated on a coarse grater. Put prepared filling on each cabbage leaf and fold the leaf into an envelope. Pour a small amount of vegetable oil into the bowl of a multicooker, put the resulting cabbage rolls and pour sour cream sauce (dilute sour cream with water). Cook cabbage rolls for 1 hour using the Stew program.
Tip:
When serving cabbage rolls, pour sour cream and sprinkle with chopped herbs.
