• Chop the onion, carrot and garlic. Pour vegetable oil into the bottom of the multicooker bowl and add the chopped vegetables.
• Tap the MENU button, select the FRY function.
• Press the COOKING TIME button and then use the HOURS / MINUTES button to set the cooking time to 45 minutes.
• Press and hold the START button for 3 seconds.
• Saute the onions, carrots and garlic for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Then add the diced meat, spices, salt and fry for another 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
• Add the chopped mushrooms and potatoes and continue sautéing, stirring occasionally, until the end of the program.
• At the end of the program, use the “MENU” button to select the “EXTEND” function .
• Press the COOKING TIME button and then use the HOURS / MINUTES button to set the cooking time to 30 minutes.
• Press and hold the START button for 3 seconds.
• Arrange the finished meal on plates and serve. Garnish with finely chopped fresh herbs if desired.
Tips
Use your Philips hand blender or multi-slicer to cut and shred vegetables.

• Wash meat and vegetables. Cut the meat into large 4 cm cubes, cut onions and carrots into strips, potatoes into wedges. Pour vegetable oil into the bottom of the multicooker bowl.
• Press the MENU button , select the FRY mode . Press the COOKING TIME button and then use the + and - buttons to set the cooking time to 1 hour. Click the START button.
• Wait for the oil to heat up (3-5 minutes), then add the meat to the bowl and cook for 10 minutes. Then add the onions and carrots and continue cooking for another 5 minutes. Add the sliced potatoes and continue to fry, stirring occasionally.
• 15 minutes before the end of the program, add salt, pepper, finely chopped garlic and spices to taste. Add 200 ml of water, stir, close the lid and cook until the end of the program.
• At the end of the program, several beeps will sound and the appliance will switch to heating mode.
• Using the oven mitts, carefully remove the inner bowl from the multicooker. Place a plate on a plate and serve. Garnish with finely chopped fresh herbs if desired.
Tips
• You can use, for example, chicken meat instead of pork.
• Together with potatoes, you can add mushrooms or oyster mushrooms (200 g) to the dish. Ceps or any other forest mushrooms go well with this dish.
• Ordinary potatoes can be replaced with Baby potatoes , as long as you wash them well and do not peel them.
