- Adjika - 1 tsp
- Mayonnaise - 2 tsp
- Garlic - 3 clove
- Salt

Wash and dry the meat. Lash with garlic. Rub on all sides with salt, a mixture of mayonnaise and adjika. Leave to marinate in the refrigerator for several hours, preferably overnight. Pour a small amount of oil into the bowl and fry the meat on all sides for 5 minutes on the "FRY" mode . Then add 100 ml of water and turn on the MEAT mode for 30 minutes under high pressure.
