Ingredients

  • Beef (fillet) - 400 gr
  • Potatoes - 500 gr
  • White cabbage - 250 gr
  • Beet - 200 gr
  • Bulb onions - 100 gr
  • Carrot - 100 gr
  • Tomato paste - 80 gr
  • Garlic - 10 gr
  • Vegetable oil - 50 ml
  • Water - 2000 ml
  • Salt
  • Spice

Borscht Directions

Rinse the beef. Cut meat, onions, beets, carrots, cabbage and potatoes into 0.5x3 cm strips, chop the garlic with a knife. Put all the ingredients in a multicooker bowl, add water, add tomato paste, salt, spices and mix. Close the lid, use the Menu button to set the SOUP program, press the Hour and Min buttons to set 1 hour and 30 minutes. Press the Start button, cook until the end of the program.

Rinse the meat, cut with onions, beets, carrots, cabbage and potatoes into strips of 0.5x3 cm. Put all the ingredients in a multicooker bowl, add water, add tomato paste, salt, spices and mix. Close the lid, use the Menu button to set the SOUP program, press the Time setting button, then press the Cooking time button to set the blinking indicator for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Press the Start button. Cook until the end of the program.
