Preparation:
1. Prepare the multicooker and ingredients.
2. Wash the meat, dry it and cut into small pieces. Peel the onions and carrots and cut into thin strips. Heat the vegetable oil in a saucepan, in the "Multi-cook" mode at a temperature of 160 ° C, fry the meat, 5 minutes. Add onions and carrots and cook for another 7 minutes.
3. Pour in 500 ml of water, season with salt and pepper and cook in Multi-Cook at 100 ° C for 1 hour.
4. Mash eggs with a fork into large crumbs. Wash, dry and chop all greens. Add herbs and eggs to the soup and cook on Warm Up for 5 minutes.
5. Pour into bowls immediately. Serve with sour cream.
