Ingredients

  • Beef (fillet) - 250 gr
  • Potatoes - 300 gr
  • Beet - 150 gr
  • White cabbage - 150 gr
  • Bulb onions - 80 gr
  • Carrot - 80 gr
  • Tomato paste - 80 gr
  • Garlic - 10 gr
  • Vegetable oil - 40 ml
  • Water - 1500 ml
  • Salt
  • Parsley
  • Dill

Borscht Directions

Rinse the beef. Cut the meat, onions, beets, carrots, cabbage and potatoes into medium strips, chop the garlic with a knife. Pour vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl. Set the ROYING program, cooking time 15 minutes. Press the Start button. Cook with the lid open. After the sound signal, put the onions, carrots and tomato paste into the bowl, mix. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the end of the program. Then press "Cancel" , add all the remaining ingredients to the multicooker bowl and mix. Close the lid. Set the SOUP program, cooking time 1 hour 10 minutes. Press the "Start" button. Cook until the end of the program.
Tip: serve borscht with garlic donuts.

RMC-P350

Rinse the beef. Cut the meat, onions, beets, carrots, cabbage and potatoes into medium strips, chop the garlic with a knife. Pour vegetable oil into the bowl of the multicooker-pressure cooker, do not close the lid. Set the program FRYING / FRYING , cooking time 5 minutes. Press the Start button. After the countdown starts, add the onions, carrots and tomato paste. Cook with the lid open, stirring occasionally, until the end of the program. Click the Cancel button. Add beef, beets, cabbage, potatoes, garlic, salt and spices to the bowl of the multicooker-pressure cooker, add water and stir. Close the cover and valve. Set the program "SOUP" , cooking time 20 minutes. Press the Start button. Cook until the end of the program, then open the valve and let off steam.
Tip:
serve borsch with garlic donuts.
