  • Pike perch (fillet) - 500 gr
  • Tomatoes in their own juice - 400 gr
  • Bulb onions - 1 pcs
  • Wine vinegar - 2 tbs
  • Vegetable oil - 2 tbs
  • Black pepper (ground)

1. Cut the fillet into portions, cut the onion into rings. Set the program "FRY" for 5 minutes, fry the fillets on both sides.
2. Add onions, tomatoes in their own juice, sprinkle with salt and pepper, sprinkle with wine vinegar.
3. Set the mode "STEWING" / "FISH" for 12 minutes.
