Minestrone - recipe
Ingredients
- Zucchini - 400 gr
- Onion - 50 gr
- Tomatoes - 80 gr
- Potatoes - 80 gr
- Pasta - 80 gr
- White cabbage - 40 gr
- Carrot - 40 gr
- Celery (stem) - 20 gr
- Bacon - 10 pcs
- Garlic - 2 clove
- Parsley - 4 sprig
- chicken broth - 8 glass
- Canned tomatoes - 6 pcs
- Parmesan cheese - 2 tbs
- Salt pcs

Minestrone Directions

1. Cut zucchini, onions, tomatoes, potatoes, cabbage, carrots and celery into 7-8 mm cubes.
2. Chop bacon, garlic and parsley.
3. Cut the canned tomatoes into thick slices.
4. Heat the chicken stock.
5. Select the program "BOOK" in the menu, set the time to 1 hour.
6. Preheat the multicooker for 10 minutes with the lid open.
7. Place the bacon in a cooking container. Simmer for 5 minutes. Add onion and minced garlic, sauté for 3 minutes.
8. When the onions are clear, add the leftover vegetables and canned tomatoes. Simmer for 15 minutes.
9. Add pasta and chicken stock. Close the lid, pressure is 0.
10. Cooking time covered - 20 minutes.
11. At the end of the program, sprinkle the finished dish with parsley and grated Parmesan. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
