Ingredients

  • Sweet pepper - 1000 gr
  • Tomatoes - 700 gr
  • Carrot - 200 gr
  • Sugar - 100 gr
  • Garlic - 50 gr
  • Parsley - 15 gr
  • Dill - 15 gr
  • Chilli - 7 gr
  • Vegetable oil - 90 ml
  • Vinegar 9% - 50 ml
  • Salt

Pass the tomatoes and carrots through a meat grinder. Chop greens, garlic, chili peppers with a knife. Peel the bell pepper from the core and seeds, cut into rings. Put all the ingredients in a multicooker bowl, add sugar, vegetable oil, vinegar and salt, mix thoroughly. Close the lid. Press the "Menu" button, press the "+" and "-" buttons to install the EXTINGUISHING program. Press the button "OK" twice, press the buttons "+" and "-" set the cooking time to 45 minutes. Press and hold the "Start / Auto-heating" button for a few seconds. Cook until the end of the program.
Advice: Kazan lecho will go well with stewed meat and vegetables.
