Lecho in Bulgarian - recipe
Ingredients
- Sweet pepper - 1.5 kg
- Tomatoes - 1.5 kg
- Chilli - 10 gr
- Sugar - 100 gr
- Vegetable oil - 100 ml
- Salt - 10 gr
- Garlic - 15 gr
- Vinegar 9% - 3 ml

Pass the tomatoes through a meat grinder. Peel the bell pepper from the core and seeds, cut into slices 1.5 cm wide, chop the garlic together with chili with a knife. Put all the ingredients in a multicooker-pressure cooker bowl, add oil, sugar, salt, garlic, vinegar and mix thoroughly. Close the lid and the steam outlet valve, set the program Stew , product type Vegetables for 30 minutes. Press START, cook until the end of the program.
