Ingredients

  • Sweet pepper - 1.5 kg
  • Tomatoes - 1.5 kg
  • Chilli - 10 gr
  • Sugar - 100 gr
  • Vegetable oil - 100 ml
  • Salt - 10 gr
  • Garlic - 15 gr
  • Vinegar 9% - 3 ml

Pass the tomatoes through a meat grinder. Peel the bell pepper from the core and seeds, cut into slices 1.5 cm wide, chop the garlic together with chili with a knife. Put all the ingredients in a multicooker-pressure cooker bowl, add oil, sugar, salt, garlic, vinegar and mix thoroughly. Close the lid and the steam outlet valve, set the program Stew , product type Vegetables for 30 minutes. Press START, cook until the end of the program. After the end of the program, open the valve and let off steam. Put the finished lecho into sterilized jars, cover with lids and roll up.
