  • Carrot - 100 gr
  • Bulb onions - 100 gr
  • Tomatoes - 200 gr
  • Garlic - 20 gr
  • Olive oil - 100 ml
  • Lemon juice - 10 ml
  • Salt
  • Spice

Peel the eggplants and cut into small cubes, season with salt, stir and leave for 10 minutes. Cut the carrots, onions and tomatoes into small cubes, grate the garlic on a fine grater. Pour oil on the bottom of the multicooker-pressure cooker bowl, set the "Fry" program for 20 minutes, press the START button. After the countdown of the cooking time has started, put the onions and carrots in the bowl, fry, stirring occasionally, for 10 minutes, then add the tomatoes and continue to fry until the end of the program. Add eggplants, garlic to the fried vegetables, add lemon juice, salt, spices and mix. Close the lid and steam outlet valve, set the program "Stew" , type of product "Vegetables" for 10 minutes, press the START button. Cook until the end of the program. After finishing cooking, open the valve and let off steam.
