Borscht - recipe
Ingredients
- Potatoes - 500 gr
- Beef (fillet) - 400 gr
- White cabbage - 250 gr
- Beet - 200 gr
- Bulb onions - 100 gr
- Carrot - 100 gr
- Tomato paste - 80 gr
- Garlic - 10 gr
- Water - 2 l
- Salt
- Spice

Rinse the meat, together with onions, beets, carrots, cabbage and potatoes cut into 0.5x3 cm strips. Chop the garlic and herbs with a knife. Put all the ingredients in the multicooker bowl, add water, add salt, spices, tomato paste and mix. By pressing the button "Menu" select the program "SOUP" . Press the Set / Timer button, use the Hour and Min buttons to set the cooking time to 1 hour 30 minutes. Press the button "Start / Heat" . Cook until the end of the program. Sprinkle the finished borsch with chopped herbs.
Tip: serve borscht with garlic donuts.
