Ingredients

  • Potatoes - 500 gr
  • Beef (fillet) - 400 gr
  • White cabbage - 250 gr
  • Beet - 200 gr
  • Bulb onions - 100 gr
  • Carrot - 100 gr
  • Tomato paste - 80 gr
  • Garlic - 10 gr
  • Water - 2 l
  • Salt
  • Spice

Borscht Directions

Multicooker firm: REDMOND

RMC-M60

Rinse the meat, together with onions, beets, carrots, cabbage and potatoes cut into 0.5x3 cm strips. Chop the garlic and herbs with a knife. Put all the ingredients in the multicooker bowl, add water, add salt, spices, tomato paste and mix. By pressing the button "Menu" select the program "SOUP" . Press the Set / Timer button, use the Hour and Min buttons to set the cooking time to 1 hour 30 minutes. Press the button "Start / Heat" . Cook until the end of the program. Sprinkle the finished borsch with chopped herbs.
Tip: serve borscht with garlic donuts.

RMC-M90

Rinse the meat, chop with onions, beets, carrots, cabbage and potatoes into strips 0.5x3 cm, chop the garlic with a knife. Put all the ingredients in a multicooker bowl, add water, add tomato paste, salt, spices and mix. Close the lid, use the "Menu" button install the program "SOUP" , press the "Hour" , "Min" buttons set the cooking time to 1 hour. Press and hold the "Start" button for a few seconds, cook until the end of the program.
