Ingredients

  • Beef - 500 gr
  • Onion - 1 pcs
  • Sunflower oil - 30 gr
  • White cabbage - 250 gr
  • Beet - 3 pcs
  • Carrot - 2 pcs
  • Potatoes - 1 pcs
  • Sweet pepper - 0.5 pcs
  • Ketchup - 30 gr
  • Garlic - 4 clove
  • Dill - 1 bundle
  • Bay leaf - 3 pcs
  • Salt - 15 gr
  • 4 Pepper Mill Mix pcs
  • Water pcs
  • Besides: pcs
  • Sour cream 20% - 200 gr
  • Fresh herbs - 1 bundle

Borscht Directions

Multicooker firm: OURSSON

MI5040PSD

1. Place the sunflower oil, finely chopped onion and pieces of beef in a multicooker saucepan. Select HOT and cook with the lid open until the liquid evaporates.
2. Add chopped cabbage, coarsely grated carrots and beets, diced potatoes, bell peppers to the fried meat. Also add ketchup, bay leaves, salt and spices. Add water, filling the pot up to the maximum level.
3. Stir the contents of the multicooker. Select the BREW / SOUP mode, the cooking time is 35 minutes.
4. After the beep, add finely chopped dill, crushed garlic to the pan and stir.
5. Pour borscht into deep bowls and serve with sour cream and fresh herbs.
If the beef is tough, cook it ROAST under the lid. The pressure will certainly soften the meat.

MP5002PSD

1. Place the sunflower oil, finely chopped onion and pieces of beef in a multicooker saucepan. Select the Beef / Lamb function , the cooking time is 30 minutes.
2. Add chopped cabbage, coarsely grated carrots and beets, diced potatoes and bell peppers to the fried meat. Also add ketchup, bay leaf, salt and spices. Add water, filling the pot up to the maximum level. Stir the contents of the multicooker. Select Soup mode, cooking time 10 minutes.
3. After the beep, add finely chopped dill, crushed garlic to the pan and stir.
4. Pour borscht into deep bowls and serve with sour cream and fresh herbs.

MP5010PSD

1. Place the sunflower oil, finely chopped onion and pieces of beef in a multicooker saucepan. Select BAKE mode. Cooking time is 20 minutes.
2. Add chopped cabbage, coarsely grated carrots and beets, diced potatoes, bell peppers to the fried meat. Also add ketchup, bay leaves, salt and spices. Add water, filling the pot up to the maximum level.
3. Stir the contents of the multicooker. Select the SOUP mode, the cooking time is 20 minutes.
4. After the beep, add finely chopped dill, crushed garlic to the pan and stir.
5. Pour borscht into deep bowls and serve with sour cream and fresh herbs.

MP5015PSD

1. Place the sunflower oil, finely chopped onion and pieces of beef in a multicooker saucepan. Cook with the lid open, FRY , cooking time 30 minutes. Cook until the liquid has completely evaporated.
2. Add chopped cabbage, coarsely grated carrots and beets, diced potatoes and bell peppers. Also, add ketchup, bay leaves, salt and spices. Add water, filling the pot up to the maximum level. Stir the contents of the multicooker. Select the mode "BREAK" , cooking time - 30 minutes, pressure -3.
3. After the beep, turn off the multicooker, release the pressure.
4. Add finely chopped dill and crushed garlic to a saucepan and stir.
5. Pour borscht into deep bowls and serve with sour cream and fresh herbs.
