Ingredients

  • Chicken (drumstick, thigh) - 4 pcs
  • Carrot - 1 pcs
  • Bulb onions - 1 pcs
  • Red beans (canned) - 400 gr
  • Vegetable oil - 1 tbs
  • Water - 2 l
  • Sage - 1 sprig
  • Bay leaf - 3 pcs
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Chicken Bean Soup Directions

1. Set the mode "FRYING / VEGETABLES" for 10 minutes. Add oil to the multicooker bowl, put finely chopped carrots and onions.
2. At the end of the frying mode, add chicken legs, beans to the multicooker bowl, pour in water and set the SOUP / CHICKEN mode for 30 minutes. Add bay leaf, pepper and salt 3 minutes before cooking.
3. Take out the chicken legs, cool, separate the meat from the bones and put on plates.
4. Garnish with a sage sprig before serving.
