Chocolate cupcake - recipe

- Wheat flour (premium grade) - 110 gr
- Butter - 150 gr
- Egg - 4 pcs
- Sugar - 150 gr
- Black chocolate (bitter) - 60 gr
- Baking powder - 10 gr

Grate the chocolate, soften the butter. Beat eggs with sugar in a separate container until foamy. With constant stirring, add butter (140 g), flour, baking powder, grated chocolate and mix thoroughly until smooth. Grease a bowl of a multicooker with butter (10 g) and lay out the resulting dough. Close the lid. Press the button "Menu" , by pressing the buttons "+" and "-" install the program "BAKING" . Press the button "OK" twice, press the buttons "+" and "-" set the cooking time to 45 minutes. Press and hold the "Start / Auto-heating" button for a few seconds. Cook until the end of the program.
Tip: decorate the finished cake with chocolate topping and fresh mint
RMC-M110
Grate the chocolate on a fine grater. Beat eggs with sugar in a separate container until foamy. While stirring constantly, add softened butter, flour, grated chocolate, baking powder to the beaten eggs and mix thoroughly until smooth. Grease a bowl of a multicooker-pressure cooker with butter and put the resulting dough into it. Close the lid without closing the steam release valve. Press the button "BAKING" . Use the Cooking time button to set a higher value (35 minutes). Cook until the end of the mode.
Tip:
ready-made cake can be decorated with chocolate topping and fresh mint.

With constant stirring, add softened butter, flour, baking powder, grated chocolate and mix thoroughly until smooth. Grease a bowl of a multicooker with butter and lay out the resulting dough. Close the lid. Press the Menu button to install the BAKERY program. Press the button "Timer / t ° C" , by pressing the buttons "+" and "-" set the cooking time to 1 hour. Press the button "Start / Auto-heating" . Cook until the end of the program.
Tip: the finished cake can be decorated with nuts and powdered sugar.
