- Milk - 200 ml

Peel the potatoes. Cut into medium-sized pieces and add water 1.5-2 centimeters above the level of the potatoes. Put a peeled clove of garlic and bay leaf in the water. Add salt. Cook the potatoes on Mashed Potatoes for about 25 minutes. Drain the water, remove the bay leaf, and crush the potatoes with a crush. Add hot milk and butter to the potatoes. Bring the puree until smooth.
