Cut the cutlets so that each portion has a bone. Lightly beat each piece, salt and roll in flour. Pour vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl, turn on the "Fry" program and fry the steaks on both sides until tender.
Tip:
Serve any kind of potatoes and vegetables for garnish.
