Ingredients

  • Beef liver - 500 gr
  • Egg - 2 pcs
  • Onion - 1 pcs
  • Carrot - 1 pcs
  • Flour - 2 tbs
  • Cream 22% - 50 ml
  • Garnet - 1 pcs
  • Parsley - 2 sprig
  • Cilantro - 2 sprig
  • Vegetable oil - 1 tbs
  • Salt

1. Set the mode "FRYING / VEGETABLES" for 10 minutes, pour oil into the multicooker bowl, put diced onions and carrots.
2. Peel the liver from the film, put in a blender, add flour, cream and fried vegetables there, beat in eggs, salt. Beat until smooth, pour into a multicooker bowl and set the "BAKING / MEAT" mode for 30 minutes.
3. Sprinkle with pomegranate seeds, chopped parsley and cilantro before serving.
