Peel the onion and chop finely, fry until transparent. Soak the roll in water, squeeze. Cut the meat into pieces. Pass the loaf, onion and meat through a meat grinder, add the egg, pepper, salt, mix thoroughly until a homogeneous mass is formed. Form oval cutlets. Pour vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl, turn on the "Fry" program and fry the cutlets on both sides until tender.
