Stuffed veal rolls - recipe

Ingredients
- Veal - 8 pcs
- Ham - 8 pcs
- Bread - 25 gr
- Raisins - 3 tbs
- Pinia - 25 gr
- Parmesan cheese - 4 tbs
- Parsley - 2 tbs
- Vegetable oil - 1 tbs
- Dry white wine - 150 ml
- Salt pcs
- Pepper pcs

Stuffed veal rolls Directions

Beat off the escalopes well, then place a slice of ham on top of each.
Combine bread crumb, raisins, pine seeds, parmesan and parsley. Season with salt and pepper.
Spread a layer on the escalopes. Roll up the rolls and secure them with a cocktail stick.
In the mode "Frying vegetables" heat the oil and fry the rolls on it for 5-6 minutes.
Pour in wine and cover. Cook on low pressure for 10 minutes.
