Ingredients

  • Lasagne (sheets) - 8 leaf
  • Minced meat - 400 gr
  • Onion - 2 pcs
  • Parmesan cheese - 70 gr
  • Tomatoes - 4 pcs
  • Vegetable oil pcs
  • Salt pcs
  • Black pepper (ground) pcs
  • Parsley pcs
  • Basil pcs
  • For the sauce: pcs
  • Butter - 30 gr
  • Flour - 30 gr
  • Milk - 250 ml
  • Nutmeg pcs

Pour some vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl. Chop the onion finely. Start the Bake program or Frying . Fry the onion, then add the minced meat to the bowl, season with salt, pepper and fry until the minced meat is ready. Grind tomatoes, basil and parsley in a blender and add to the minced meat. Continue cooking for 5-8 minutes. Empty the multicooker bowl.
To prepare béchamel sauce in a multicooker on the "Fry" program or "Baking" , melt the butter, flour, nutmeg and lightly fry. Add milk, nutmeg and brew with constant stirring. The sauce should be thick. Pour the sauce into a separate bowl.
Grease a multicooker bowl with vegetable oil and add a little béchamel sauce. Place the lasagna sheet, then the minced meat. Repeat layers until finished products. Pour over the remaining sauce and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese. Cook on the Baking program for 1 hour.
