Ingredients

  • Dough: pcs
  • Wheat flour - 300 gr
  • Egg - 1 pcs
  • Water - 50 ml
  • Salt - 3 gr
  • Filling: pcs
  • Minced meat - 500 gr
  • Onion - 200 gr
  • Garlic - 1 clove
  • Salt - 5 gr
  • Black pepper (ground) - 1 pinch
  • For cooking: pcs
  • Water - 2 l
  • Salt - 5 gr
  • Bay leaf - 1 pcs
  • Black pepper (peas) - 5 pcs
  • For serving: pcs
  • Sour cream 20% - 100 gr
  • Dill - 3 sprig

Dumplings Directions

1. Place all dough ingredients in a deep bowl. Leave a small amount of chicken egg to grease the dough.
2. Knead the unleavened dough, round it into a ball and cover so that it does not wind.
3. Chop finely onions, pass the garlic through a press and mix it with ground beef, salt and pepper.
4. Roll out the dough into a thin layer and cut out the circles with a thin glass beaker.
5. Place the filling in the center of the dough circles and shape into dumplings.
6. Pour water into a multicooker saucepan, add salt, bay leaf and pepper, cover and bring to a boil on SPAGHETTI / DUMPLINGS .
7. Dip the dumplings in boiling water and cook with the lid open for 10 minutes.
8. Arrange the dumplings on plates, season with sour cream, garnish with finely chopped dill and serve.
Cook the dumplings for 3-5 minutes after they float.
