Khinkali Directions

Multicooker firm: ENDEVER

Pour flour into a large bowl with a mound. Make a small depression in the flour, pour in warm water, beaten egg and season with salt.
Knead the dough well, cover and leave for half an hour.
Twist the meat, add finely chopped onion, broth, salt and pepper to the minced meat. Mix everything well.
Roll out the dough for khinkali into very thin layers (like for noodles) and cut out circles with a glass (about 10 cm in diameter).
Place the minced meat filling on each circle and fold the edges of the dough into folds, securing them in the center to each other.
Pour the required amount of water into the multicooker bowl and select the Pasta program and the cooking time is 10 minutes.
After boiling, add salt to the water, lower the khinkali, stir gently and cook for the programmed time after surfacing.
Serve ready-made khinkali to the table, sprinkle with black pepper.
Hint:
Frozen khinkali can also be cooked in a multicooker. In this case, you do not need to defrost them, but immediately immerse them in boiling water.
