Cut carrots and onions into slices, put them in a multicooker bowl and lightly fry in vegetable oil on the Frying or Baking program. Add flour, mix well and fry for a few more minutes. At the end of browning, switch off the Roasting / Baking program. Pour vegetables into 1 liter of water, add apples and tomatoes cut into slices and peeled and cook on the Soup program for 20 minutes. Grind the finished vegetables with a blender, salt and pepper, add sugar to taste and leave on the heat for 5-10 minutes.
Tip:
It is good to serve crumbly rice with this soup as a side dish.
