Ingredients

  • Fish broth - 1 l
  • Fillet of white fish - 200 gr
  • Onion - 1 pcs
  • Garlic - 1 clove
  • Potatoes - 2 pcs
  • Carrot - 1 pcs
  • Vegetable oil pcs
  • Greenery pcs
  • Black pepper (ground) pcs

Pass the fish fillet through a meat grinder. Form small meatballs from the resulting mass. Cut carrots and onions into strips. Pour a small amount of vegetable oil into the bottom of the multicooker bowl, fry the onions and carrots on the Frying or Baking program for 5 minutes. Put the sautéed vegetables on a plate and turn off the Frying / Baking program.
Cut the potatoes into cubes, put them in a multicooker bowl and add 1 liter of fish broth (or water). Cook on the "Soup" program for 10 minutes. Then add the meatballs and sauteed vegetables and cook the soup for another 10-15 minutes. Season the soup with salt, pepper and serve with herbs.
