- Cream 20% - 100 ml

Pour a small amount of vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl.
Disassemble the cauliflower and broccoli into small inflorescences, chop the onion and fry all the vegetables on the Frying or Baking program for 5-10 minutes. Deactivate the Frying / Baking program.
Pour water or vegetable broth into the multicooker bowl and cook on the "Soup" program for 15 minutes (until vegetables are soft).
Use a blender to grind vegetables until smooth.
Season the soup with salt, pepper, pour in the cream and heat for a few minutes.
Tip:
You can serve unclean vegetables (boiled in salted water or broth), croutons, garlic croutons, seafood to the soup.
